The last weekend in February I (Aliisa) had the opportunity to go down to Florida with 3 friends - Noah, Dana and Maria. We stayed with Noah & Dana's grandparents, who live there 6 months out of the year. We left here at 3:30am Thursday and got there 24 hours later. The drive was great and went really well! Noah and I took turns driving and sleeping, and Maria and Dana kept us entertained! We listened to several fabulous cds (thanks, Maria!), played some fun games and had several great conversations.

The weather was wonderful! It wasn't too hot (everyone down in Florida kept saying how cold it was, walking around in jackets and sweatpants!) and the sunshine was so nice! We actually got sunburned within the first 8 hours we were down there!

Looks like a fun trip! Do you ever have problems with your skirts getting caught in the bike gears? Anticipating Part 2! :)

Oh my goodness, it was a BLAST!! It was so fun putting this post together - going down memory lane!
Typically we don't have problems with our skirts getting caught in the chain when we ride bikes. I had a bit of trouble because my bike didn't have a chain guard, but then Noah & I switched bikes and it was fine!
At this point, none of us will be coming to the Jerry Story weekend :( We are all SO BUMMED!! We wanted to come so badly, but it won't work out this year. Hopefully next year! You guys have a great time, and I can't wait to hear all about it!

Oh man, that would've been SO fun!! Last year was such a blast! I don't think I've had as much fun playing Ultimate Frisbee at 10pm since then! :)
You will still have an amazing time! It's always so fun, no matter who goes (of course, having a lot of friends makes it MORE fun!) Oh yes, please take LOTS of pictures! I can't wait to see them!
